Decor for the installation of wallpaper in their living room.
The Brief
The brief
was simple and straightforward: they wanted a wallpaper that complemented the
festive theme while merging with the aesthetic of their entire home.

Challenge
With a
demanding project timeline and a strict handover deadline, every stage had to
be carefully coordinated from design approval and production to delivery and
installation. The site had to be ready for Ganesh Chaturthi, which meant the
wallcovering was going up just days before the festival, leaving no room for a
delayed approval or a reprint.

Based on the
client's request, we presented designer catalogues and also introduced them to
our customised wallcovering services. Our project manager handled the
communication and wallpaper presentation. Once the design and type of wallpaper
were finalised, our in-house team of installers was briefed on the project.

underlying moisture, dampness, or hairline structural imperfections were found,
these were professionally treated and fixed beforehand.

Site Visit & Measurement
Days before
installation, experts visited the site to take precise spatial measurements for
optimal material ordering and pattern alignment, and to evaluate the condition
of the living room walls, including surface texture and room temperature.
Stage 2:
Surface Preparation
On the day
of installation, the walls were thoroughly cleaned and smoothed to ensure the
adhesive bonded properly.
Stage 3:
Cutting & Pattern Alignment
Using the
pre-evaluated site dimensions, rolls were masterfully measured, pattern-matched
across seams, and cut with tailored precision to minimise waste and maximise
visual continuity.
Stage 4:
Application
Different
materials, from delicate silks to heavyweight performance vinyls, require
specific adhesive formulations. We applied specialised, high-grade adhesives to
eliminate air bubbles, seam overlaps, and misalignments.
Stage 5:
Finishing & Quality Inspection
Once the
wallpaper was installed, edges were hand-trimmed around architectural fixtures,
baseboards, and mouldings. The lead installer performed a comprehensive light
and seam inspection to ensure a seamless, permanent finish.
